This floor was done for GE Capital at one of their industrial plants. This floor took an excessive amount of work. We had to extract all kinds of cutting oil out of the concrete before we even began the epoxy process. We used microbials and degreasing agents. We then applied one coat of epoxy rock primer with two coats of epoxy finish. We also added an aluminum oxide agent that we cascaded across the top to produce a non-slip finish. This was required for this particular factory setting. This floor also had to be strong enough to withstand the weight of the machinery and a forklift.
