This exterior had all kinds of rotted wood and weathering from years of neglect.. We took a day for carpentry, replacing all the rotted wood with fresh pieces. Then, we followed with a lot of power-washing and caulking to fill the gaps in the dilapidated siding. After lots of primer and multiple coats of solid color house stain and premium paint, we were able to rejuvenate its look.
